Hey guys just sitting here in an internet cafe waiting for a taxi to pick us up to get a boat to a place called Chumpon so we can get the night train to Bangkok, exciting stuff I'm sure you'll agree.
So Koh Tao, very relaxing chilled out place to come after a week of hectic drinking. We got here and as like a lot of people after the Full Moon Party they come to detox here and it was impossible to find a place... until we recognised some girls we met in our hostel in Koh Pha-Ngan and we crammed into a room for the next 2 nights until they went, so all worked out very nicely and cost-effective.
We snorkelled the majority of the days with some amazingly coloured fish in the really clear sea, however a lot of burnage to the back, it hurt a lot. At night we chilled on the beach on these like comfy mats and pillows and the occiasional place had beanbags to sit on whilst watching the candles burning in purposely made holes in the sand. There were also the occasional dragon sculpture made with sand the guys with fire sticks wh can certainly spin them really really quickly.
After an argument with the travel agency seeing as they said the boat was at 10 and not 2:30 we eventually had to deal with the fact they werent going to budge, but we got up at 7.30 so we could get a taxi from the place at 9, so we werent in the best of moods when they told us we could have had a couple hours extra sleep!!!
Keep reading to here about our adventures in Bangkok.
