So guys having just left Singapore we had a 7 hour train journey to reflect on our time there. It wasnt, to be honest, the most exciting place I've ever visited and the 3 days was just about enough. Although I had the flu, Josh and I saw the majority of what Singapore had to offer. We went to Raffles on our last day and had the famous Singapore Sling at the timely hour of 11am. The day before we walked and trained around Singapore getting our tickets for Kuala Lumpur which was on the other side of town and then got the train to the shopping malls... the two which we went to had Marks and Sparks? Whats that doing there.... I didnt have a clue?

Anyway to more exciting stuff, Ive just got up from a night out on the town in Kuala Lumpur, pretty heavy night, lots of interesting stuff happened. Firstly after we got off the train 2 Dutch girls and a Japanese guy who didnt speak great English followed us to our 3.50 quid a night hostel where we met some cool guys. One led us to this bar/clubby place and got us in for free as well as a queue(stu) jump. As Josh went to get us a drink he started chatting to this chinese girl at the bar who had bought a whole bottle of whiskey from the bar... and yeh we got stuck in and had free drinks for the rest of the night from that! At the end of the night it was most interesting, tryin to walk home, however we got stopped a few times by 'nice people' saying they will take it for money whether they were boys or girls we didnt stick around to find out.
