Appy birthday Mrs. Thinking of ya chick and hope you have a great one. Been reading your wkd postcards and the messages. Papa Stocks is right you should definitely write a book!! And with the toptastic photos as well - millionaires in no time!!!!!! There's a money making plan for yas Stocksy - you could be project manager !!!!! (sorry I mean Grizzly Adams - to coin Andy's name again!!) I feel really bad now about bigging up Angkor Wat coz i've got a feeling that Webby and me might have been 2 of the candidates for bigging it up quite a lot. I sooooo know what you mean about the all day temple spotting, once you've seen 1 ... we were like that a bit too if we're being toatlly honest ...except for the ones with the trees growing out of 'em and the one in the thick of the jungle with the spider... they woke us up again. And it was well wierd reading about your feelings on all the genocide and about the vietnam war stuff.... it shocks you to the core doesn't it and its amazing how different versions paint a totally different picture. Where's the truth eh? I know 1 thing for sure, and that's that Jane and Mark's hotel (?) is the best in Nam!!!! Anyway ... missing you guys heaps. Have a top day Clairey and catch yas again on your excellent adventure again soon. Love lots A+PXXXXXXXX

HI Claire and Steve, just a short message, nothing new has happened. Wishing you a Happy Birthday, i'll have a drink for you and i'll be thinking about you tomorrow. Had a great time in Dublin, pity about the Welsh result. The Scots made up for it by beating the English (Sorry Steve!). Haven't had time to go through your postcards, i'll try and do it over the weekend. Lynsey's typing is coming up to speed as my eyesight is deteriorating! I painted the new fence in the garden with Ffion and Josef, tried to keep them away from the paint i was using, i turned around to find josef playing in the fibre glass in the new clothes mum had bought him for christmas - tuned out to be an expensive painting job. Should be finished with the Chapel in June or July. Went house hunting on saturday for my own little project but didn't find anything suitable. That's all my news. Hope your having a wonderful time, take care both and hope you get a nice present of Steve! I'll bring you your present to Australia. Love Dad

hiya. Just a quick message to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY CLAIRE!!!!!! for the 10th. Hope you have a fab day. Its a very cheap March with you both not being here! I've been enjoying reading your postcards. I think your guide was quite sensible not to let you drive him back, i don't think i would get on the back of a bike with you. I'm interested to see what your custom made shoes look like. For some reason i have an image of them looking like pointy elf shoes, no idea why though. Finished work in Glasgow now, had a really good time (apart from working). Natalie took me to my first fooball match, Scotland v Switzerland, it was riveting stuff honest! It was so so cold. Needless to say, i'm in no hurry to go to another. I got a little bit adventurous for my standards and tried some haggis. It was pretty grim, the mouthful i had was quite enough. Not much other news to report, apart from that Helen will be the new landlady of the Commercial in May, which is a bit weird but exciting!! I'm off now, Enjoy your day and i'll catch up with you both soon. Take care love you lots
p.s please be careful on those bikes!!

Hi Claire and Steve - but especially Claire, who I want to wish " HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOR THE 10th" by the time you read this is will be your birthday due of course to the time delay. It is really sad that I cannot wish you a lovely day in person and strange you will have no presents from home but we will make up for it when you come home again to Wales. Make sure Steve spends lots of money on spoiling you. Your postcards are great I feel as if I am sharing your adventure, your account of the Cambodian genocide really made appreciate what we in the west take for granted "our freedom" it clearly affected you and Steve. My diet is going quite well at the moment, I am thinking of Italy in three weeks and warmer weather to come here, and then hopefully Australia after Christmas if all goes to plan. Your idea of me backpacking with you sounds great but I will only stay in posh hotels in the lap of luxury ( joke!!! ) I will probably have a tent on the beach to be able to watch all those bronzed life guards that you see on tv. But we will see, I am saving hard and spending as little as possible. Its great to hear Lena and William are meeting you in NZ I am sure you will all have a great time. Granny is doing well no accidents to report, she is trying to write you another letter but keeps forgeting her news I tell her to write it down on her note pad as things happen so wait and see. She is looking forward to Italy and going to Capri to see where Gracie Fields used to live. Ffion has just spent the afternoon with me as she had been ill in the night and missed school today. I cannot believe how much she is changing she is reading so well - reminds me a lot of you in that respect.
Its lovely to see the photos of the new babes, by the time you and Steve see them in person they will be walking and talking, that time will fly by I am sure, but until then have fun, keep safe, love you lots, have a lovely relaxing day on your birthday remember only one more before the big 30.

Hi Steve & Claire, I have just gone through the photos. When I put together the sunsets and sunrises it is an amazing collection. Seeing sun from different parts of earth itself is a wonderful experience. So never miss the oportunity to take more pictures please. Be safe and wish you the very best. God bless you. Hello both, Hope your keeping well. Your recent postcards sound as if some of your visits have been quite emotionally draining, but i'm sure your both trying to keep a balance and are getting plenty of R and R inbetween. We had snow on St Davids day nearly throwing the school concert into jepordy, but the caretaker dug a path across the yard and it all went ahead as planned. The concert was lovely, they both sang well and Josef didn't fidget too much. Ffion still looked terrified, few more drama lessons needed to boost her confidence. Josef was a bit put out on the day that Ffion had a much more interesting costume to wear than him, he confinced himself that she would be baking cakes because she had an apron. Well lets be honest a rugby shirt and a leek is'nt that exciting especially when you like dressing up in princess costumes. We're still driving around in our apple, big challenge to fit a weeks shopping in the boot, hopefully our car will be ready tomorrow especially as we're going to Reading at the weekend to visit Jon and Lucy (will take some photos of Ollie and email them to you). You'll be pleased to learn that we're all now fit and well, just can't wait for the summer so we can leave all the germs and nasties behind. We got brocheres today for Disney land Paris, I've saved about £400 worth of clubcard vouchers towards it (it's frightening how much of our wages goes to tesco), so as long as we can get the right deal we might go in the autumn. Well must go and get tea ready before Ffions drama lesson.
all our love Ceri Andrew Ffion and Josef xxxx

Hello my lovelies! I desperately want to read everyone's messages and look at your photos but haven't got enough time today....grrrrr....but from what I have seen quickly, it looks as if you are still having an amazing time - hope so anyway?! Little Sam is doing incredibly well, a bit too well really as he put on 23.5 oz in two weeks and even though he's only 9 weeks old he's already in 3-6 months clothes as he's so long (do you think he's taking after his dad?!?!?!?). He is slowly getting into a routine and is sleeping very well at night, going 4-5 hours between feeds which we are chuffed to bits about. The farm is very BUSY, not only are they one man down as I am at home putting my feet up but the building of the holiday lets is now in full flow. All the actual builidng work is complete and the electricians, decorators and plumbers are now in doing their bits. We are also having a new driveway which they started last week and they are now digging up the yard outside the house so as you can imagine its chaos! We are currently doing all the fun stuff like ordering kitchens, looking at sofas, soft furnishings etc which is right up my street - I am now officially Claire 'Linda Barker' Woolford!!!! We will send some more photos of Sam to you by email very soon. Take care you guys and keep safe. Lots of love and big hugs all round from here xxxxx

Watch out, we've joined "offexploring" too and start our trip next Tuesday. Follow us on "offexploring.com/Noysabroad. Noted that Mum's coming out to see you in NZ, that'll be a great place to meet but we'll be long gone by the time she gets there. We're in the South Island from 6th April to 3rd May, then on to the North. I fear we're going to miss each other but keep an eye on us, just in case. Still enjoying all your antics and hope it continues to be as good, if not even better! Best wishes from Jill and me.
Jane And Mark
Hi guys! Thanks for the email. Your bus journey sounds like a nightmare so I have told Mark (yes - told him) that we are going to pay a little bit extra and go on the Mekong Express bus! Not sure whether we are going to get to Thailand at Easter now and stay with our friends, so we might extend our time in Cambodia and make it to Kratie (taking your advice). We'll take 'Lost' back to the UK in the summer and leave it with Anna and Pete, and don't worry about the phone calls - they're on us. We are off out this afternoon to do the charity Cyclo Challenge for our school - it seemed like a good idea when we signed up for it, but I went out last night with one of my mates and got HORRIBLY drunk and now am feeling the effects - working our way from A-Z on the cocktail list was not a good plan! Enjoy your travels - let us know about any travel tips and advice for Cambodia when you get a chance. Take care, Jane and Mark and little ginger terrorist!

We will be leaving Heathrow on 11th August, going to LA, Auckland and Queenstown, returning on 1st September. Now all you have to do is find us a spare bit of floor to lie on when we get there!! Hope to pick up the car this weekend, it is now taxed and insured. Love you both. Mum and Will XXXXXXXX
