rodger maria, its actually really good. i was on this really long hike...like nine hours and i stumbled upon this really small place that serves food way up in the mountians and i had their homemade swiss cheese and it was amazing. a solid block of it cut right off the wheel. yum.

mom RT We enjoyed talking with you on Sat. It was a thrill to hear your voice again. So glad you are having the time of your life. Again, I am very jealous. Wish I was there. I was in Interlaken in the mid 70's in the winter and it was beautiful then. It must be even more beautiful in the summer. Please be safe on the remainder of your journeys. They sound like a lot of fun, but I remember some of your past journals and the description of some of the hikes and then really frightened me. Good thing I didn't know about them ahead of time. Jordan Rodgedat and Jess!!! How goes it. I'm glad you're both having a great time. Life back here is still much the same. I'm an auditor, what more can you say about that. Anyway I was watching the World Cup when Italy played U.S. and I thought to myself it must have been crazy out there for you. I bet there were all kinds crowds everywhere. Well I hope all is well and hopefully I'll talk to you soon. Oh and by the way I got a surfboard and am going to try it out for the first time this weekend. This ought to be interesting. Ryan Yo brotha', I just saw your IM and I shed a tear because I wasn't around to write back.
