The snow is finally melting here in Wendell. I went for a 5 mile walk. Something I have not done for a week. My orthodics don't fit correctly and they bruised my right foot. I have been jonesing about not walking because all I haven't been able to wearshoes only flip flops! Even at school. But today the sun called and I am happy to say that I did it!!!! I walked 5 miles and am basically...ok!
