Sa wa de kuh,

Having so much fun...we are back in Thailand and once again find ourselves sucked into Bangkok, but not before stopping in on a Island on the Eastern Coast- Koh Chang. It was beautiful, the pic above is one of the sunsets from Lonely Beach. (Check out the new photos in the Photo Album.) It took us 6 hours on yet another bus to get all the way back to Bangkok, in a couple days we are taking a night train down to the southern islands. IN the meantime we are catching up on our massages - 6 bucks for an hour and facials 7 bucks for 45 min. So nice and relaxing we jsut can't help ourselves. Next come the dreads and tattoos offered every 20 feet on the street of Ko San road - the backpackers hub of Thailand. Here you can buy anything one could possibly want even a master diploma or visa. Tonight we had Pad Thai from a street vendor and walked around and shopped the many vendors. When I ask how much - Thao Rai - I get a response in Thai only I don;t have my numbers down yet and I have to say " in english please" they always get a laugh out of this. Every night we move to another GuestHouse, it is a pain to always have to pack up but we are learning alot obout the places we visit this way. Tomorrow we will be staying in Silom and going to the Zoo then at night the Vertigo Bar. 64 stories up -open air seating. We visited the Grand Palace today...I had to put on my heavy jacket and I nearly fainted from the heat. It was really cool, we just sat in awe at the huge emerald budda sitting ontop of a mountain of gold, two stories high. Side note - Janell just splatted a huge mesquito on my arm on the blood splattered everywhere - these suckers are HUGE! Gross, have to wipe it off - Okay I am back, that was really nasty and once again Janell and I bust into hysterics...we can't help it something about thailand is hilarious. Right now the lady running the internet store is singing really loud to her head phones...

we found this really amazing Italian restaurant with homemade pasta...we ate there twice already, I am having trouble with the thai food.

Brooke - do not bring a single article of clothing - trust me you will want to buy all your clothes here. They are so cute and so cheap. just bring an empty pack and some cash :)
