Sophie asked me to say that she's sorry that it's almost impossible for her to access the internet to update the information here, the dial-up is incredibly slow and just doesn't connect well enough, so between us we can maybe keep the blogs going with her email messages.

She's back from the beach weekend now (Sunday evening) after a great time and awkward minibus ride, back in Cape Coast for the week, Hannah has arrived (on Saturday).
