Had a early start and left hostal at 5.45am to get to Karnak temple for sunrise. Luxor is a beautiful place and im staying on the East bank sid,the West bank is across the Nile and more expensive. Had an early start at 6.30am and Luc and i made a quick exit from Mr Abdul and the cockroaches. Told him about Mr Abdul and his response was oh la la.We took a taxi up to Ramses temple of the sun though it was only a 20 minute walk. Arrived in Aswan at 1pm and was glad to get off the train..... Was met at the train station by lots of touts and taxi drivers. Said goodbye to Jirka as he headed to a hostal whilst i went to buy my bus ticket to Abu Simbel.Did a deal with the taxi driver to take me to the high dam in Aswan and back to the bus station.
