Well, the start to my last week in Kyarusozi didn't exactly start off the way I had planned. On Monday I stayed home from school because I got sick in the middle of the night and I wasn't feeling well. I was really bummed to miss school, but I'm glad I stayed home because I felt much better after spending a day in bed.

Jen- I really enjoyed this blog, I would love to see some of their pictures if you are able to take a picture of them. I can only imagine the kids playing with the paint for the first time, the way it feels on their fingers and of course the mess they get to make with it....LOL

Hey Sis,
While scrolling down on your blog with the IPad I accidentally hit the rate so please disregard the 2 rating because it is definitely a 5, and my great computer skills I don't have any idea how to correct it LOL. You would think you could touch it again but I guess they only give y one chance.....

Hey Nif!!! I have loved reading your blog updates!! I love hearing all of your stories-they are really inspiring! I am so excited to see you-less than a month until I will be at your house!!!!! I am glad you're feeling better about being away from home. I can't even imagine how hard it would be to transition into a totally new environment. Your Mom has been keeping me updated about how you have been since we haven't been able to email. If you are able to email me again please do! (If not, I 100% understand so no worries.) Oh I had an idea-you should get the recipies for some of your favorite African dishes and maybe we can try to make them in the fall!! I think it would be fun to try! I can't wait to see you in July. I love you so much man!! God Bless.

Hello my favorite She Devil!!! First off...we miss you and love you!! Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us. Your stories continue to bring tears to my eyes.....what an amazing opportunity!! There is nothing more rewarding in life, then making a difference in someones life and leaving your footprint behind ...and sister......that is exactly what you are doing. God is good and blessed you with this amazing opportunity. I can not wait to see all your pictures. Please find out if there is a way for us to ship items to your friends.
Updates from home: Granny has a new boyfriend, Sarah is dating David Freeze, Kaitlyn finally got a discount at work, Don shaved off his 20 yr mustache, Marc is still "bald" (you know what I mean) and T-Rex (the new exhausted homeowner) slept through Marc's party, so we all voted and he's hosting Christmas 2012 and 4th of July 2013 around the new pool.
We love you, enjoy your journey and be safe!!! And if by chance your struggling with what to bring me...I ALWAYS wanted a pet monkey!!! Grab a bunch of bananas and maybe he'll follow you to STL!!!
Hugs and Kisses.......Aunt Lynda
