We left Borrocay at 2 in the afternoon and made it as far as Ililos city on the , we found a place to sleep before getting up early in the morning to start again on our mission to reach Cebu, We started with a very short Taxi ride to the ferry, then a 2 hr ferry ride to Bacalod, where we then got on a Jeepney to a bus that would take us to Carlos city on Negro, 2hrs later we got picked up by a cycling tricycle that cycled me neil and our backpacks to the next ferry, could have walked quicker, i liked this guy, he had the right idea, when i asked him how much he said i could decide, ended up giving him extra as he hadnt tried to charge me loads, the next ferry lasted an hr and we got another tricycle to the next van which was going to take us to Cebu City, and as soon as we stepped of that 4 hr journey we were heading to our chosen Cebu retreat Moalboal village got to the village about 10 pm and headed straight for the guest house.
As we only had a full day and a half here we decided to get up early and make the most of us we had hired a tuk tuk driver to take us to the sights which included a waterfall, where we met a really funny guide us took us around the area and to the pools which were really cool and refreshing, we jumped straight in and then jumped on the raft that was going to take us underneath the waterfall for a natural massage, not ebing the sharpest knife in the box i forgot to hold on to my swim suit and revealed my big bum to most of the on lookers whilst managing to just catch the top of my bikini from coming down, was extremely funny! You could jump off the water fall which having not just flashed the whole area i probably would have done it, but decided i had lost enough dignity that day so left neil to jump, i climbed out and photographed his jump, it looked pretty cool!
We then headed off to the white beach, which was really beautiful and very unspoiled by tourists as me and Neil were surrounded by local filipino familys playing in the water. The next day we set off for a journey back to hong Kong, not before a long cool dip in the pool!
