so I believe last minute packing is becoming a habit. Slept for less than two hours before my alarm woke me up at quarter to five. No major headache, surprisingly. I managed to survive without chocolate, though I do have two ready in the pocket.
The maximum weight for a piece of luggage dropped to 23 kg since last year. My biggie turned out to be 26.7. Managed to take my jeans out and switch things around my two fully packed luggage and the weight dropped down to 24, thank goodness. 23 bucks saved! Grabbed a seat and fed my growling stomach with my recent favorite--chocolate chip muffin from Longs. Being a good daughter that I am, my hello kitty mask accompanied me throughout the flight.
I was extremely happy that I had two seat to myself for the 11 hours long ride. I got to sleep comfortably with extra space for the legs, hah! and! I got to watch two movies that I've been wanting to watch--Bride Wars and Confession of a Shopaholic.
I had to wait at the airport for a couple of hours before my bus came. Thanks to free wi-fi, I got to chat with my daddy and mommy for a little bit. A black guy came up to me and we chatted for a while. Apparently, he has been working at Hong Kong for a year, sweet. so I'm slowly realizing that drinking is a social custom. I had to say no to his offer cause I believe I'm still underage, though I'm not too sure what's the legal drinking age at Taiwan.
Anyhow, I found the hotel representative after hearing his broadcast and boarded my private bus, hah! Spent my whole day at Miramar Golf Country Club eating, watching tv, reading, and the like. I believe I'm a little jetlagged.
