Epic Blog Fail

Dear Loyal Readers,

I obviously don't understand the concept of keeping an updated blog. And you thought the Internet would help me stay in contact ... apparently not. Well, I officially apologize. I especially apologize to Barb Ivancic, who has likely been cursing my name (all good stuff I'm sure) since I left Seattle. No Barb, I didn't get a bot fly in Africa.

The problems with the blog began in Ethiopia, where they only have dial-up Internet. Yes, it still exists and yes, it has the same dial-up sounds as in America. I guess some things aren't lost in translation.

So, I promise to update all of you this week with all of the adventures from afar. I'm back in Boise for about a month, then it's off to Latin America! The next post will contain the official agenda of my next trip and my recap of Ethiopia, Egypt, Los Angeles and my brief stint in Seattle.
