Epic Blog Fail

Dear Loyal Readers,

I obviously don't understand the concept of keeping an updated blog. And you thought the Internet would help me stay in contact ... apparently not. Well, I officially apologize. I especially apologize to Barb Ivancic, who has likely been cursing my name (all good stuff I'm sure) since I left Seattle. No Barb, I didn't get a bot fly in Africa.

The problems with the blog began in Ethiopia, where they only have dial-up Internet. Yes, it still exists and yes, it has the same dial-up sounds as in America. I guess some things aren't lost in translation.

So, I promise to update all of you this week with all of the adventures from afar. I'm back in Boise for about a month, then it's off to Latin America! Stay tuned for the official agenda of my next trip and my recap of Ethiopia, Egypt, Los Angeles and my brief stint in Seattle.
