Well Poss its all over your last blog post was a very fitting way to end your trip,I have taken in every think you have said and will use it as a guide for when I travel around, I think I will be a single grey nomad, I will be traveling with my dogs I hope, as for kids when traveling how lame why would anyone bother, just to make others miserable I suppose.
Dont want to see you go away working but welcome to the real world again

Hi Simon,
Thanks for the latest blog. I am really enjoying the read. It seems that at the time of writing you only have 3 days left of your adventure on the mainland. You must be feeling quite melancholy. I know that I certainly would be. Today the weather in Noosa is sublime and I have just farewelled a guest whom I havent seen for 35 years! A PB I would suggest.
Going camping in the mighty Trailcraft tonight.
Safe travels,
Bob K

Hi Simon,
Sounds like your trip is a real adventure. You would have to be pleased to be in a position whereby you can cover so much ground at your own pace. Magic.
I am now back at home with the boys on school holidays. Its going to be a busy week. Today the 4 Runner, after 9 years of ultra reliable motoring was traded in, still with the original rear wheel bearings! In fact I have not spent $1400 on the whole vehicle in all this time!
To keep the feeling I have purchased a 2004 Prado with one of those noisy engines under the hood. A turbo diesel I believe. Hopefully it will prove as reliable as the 4 Runner.
Safe travels Simon and we look forward to your next blog.
Cheers

Hi there Poss, How's the travelling? Havn't heard from you for a while. It's very cold in Tasssie at the moment so hope you are enjoying the warmer weather. Roos are looking sharp, was rather glad to be a house with 2 Hawthorn supporters last weekend.

Hi Simon,
Thanks for a great read and the great photos. I'm back out on the rig at the moment. Karratha still has that sinking feeling for me, in fact I had it 8 days ago. I hope you said hello to MB for me. Safe travels.
Cheers
