1.5.2008 Amazing day at Stillpoint It's been such a beautiful day that I could always close my eyes and return to it in the future. 30.4.2008 Finding stillness finally I've found a very reliable, solid friend whom I visit on a daily basis now. You see a picture of it here, a big hug that I feel I ought to give it on a daily basis as well. I dont know why some think hugging trees is weird. Why do you hug a cushion, or a teddy bear? 29.4.2008 Body speaks! I am so grateful for being in NZ with John and Lucy and having all this time to practise and learn from them. I started my regular meditations with Nelly as well. Met the lovely chef Laurance from England last night, a complete nutcase, who is having nightmares about Mrs Fields his maths teacher from 14years age.
