St. Moritz is a pretty and very posh ski town, which is quiet at this time of year but definately packed in Winter. It's from here we say goodbye to Switzerland. We're driving to Milan today via our favourite spot in Lake Como, for some lunch and shopping. We're looking forward to watching the Grand Prix in Monza!

Zermatt We took the Glacier Express train for the 8 hour trip between St.Moritz and Zermatt. It was incredibly beautiful going through the valleys, past waterfalls, over the most amazing coloured rivers and of course the backdrop of the Alps. A stopover before we caught the Glacier Express from nearby St.Moritz, Zernez is located in the very northeast of Switzerland. It is right next to the huge Swiss National Park. We didn't get there this time but we had some fantastic sun, so we just lazed away the afternoon doing some reading in the nearby beer garden. Our week in the Tirol region has gone so quickly! The weather has been on and off but hasn't really got in the way of us doing anything. We've done some lovely walks and drives. We went up into the snowy Alps in our shorts to watch a Birds of Prey show, that was brilliant. We've loved Munich, it's like Berlin's glamerous grown up big sister. We're staying near the famous English gardens, so we've enjoyed some time in the famous beer gardens lapping up the generous steins. We had some good recommendations for dinners from the Munich wallpaper guide. A great little Italian pizzeria and a very trendy German pub. It's hard to avoid ordering half a beast with potatoes for every meal, but we've learnt some more words so we've enjoyed so...
