In order to minimize the costs, I had to buy one-way tickets from two airlines - one for the flight to Athens and one for the flight back home.
While the tickets weren't as cheap as they were 2 weeks ago, it's still a decent price, plus - we'll get some points for the flights on both airlines. :)
