This week in wonderful ko samui I've been practising my bike skills as its somewhat different driving on busy crazy roads to quite lanes in Cyprus. It's taking me a while to get used to it as I feel like I'm playing a game on play station.They drive so fast and crazy, happily admitting I'm sticking to 40 mph and holding up traffic. No Michael Schumacher for me just yet. I've also taken time to notice how stunning the exotic butterfly's are , the unusual plants, flowers and trees, in this green house climate weather , as I took a swim the other night in the local pool under the stars and moon, just the sounds of crickets coconuts and apples in trees.Thailand surly is a place people only have visions about " true natural beauty" .Tonight we all went to the late market, the ride up there was breath taking as all of us were following each other on our bikes the sun was setting, the night sky's were turning red, for that second i just felt like the luckiest girl in the world, wish I could of taken a picture of that moment.The night market was right by a beach, lots of food stand and I love my food.food I've never heard of or seen and luckily we got to try and purchase allot of it, all of the food is so healthy. There was a small temple as well, so much wonderful detail of Buddhas dragons red and gold colours in fine details all over the temple with lots of incense. Very much a cultural night, as I got home there sat a frog on my porch, I thought if I touch it its either gonna rip my hand off or turn into a prince, so I just pushed it along back into the pool just incase the little fellow had fangs ! Its been a wonderful week an night yet so much more to see and do.
