Well I'm not actually in Bangkok...yet...

I will be using this as my travel journal and my way to keep in touch with all of you at home! I thought I'd go ahead and type up my itinerary so you'll be able to see what I'm doing while I'm gone.

11 July: Arrive in Bangkok; arrive at hotel at/about 1:00 am on 12 July

12 July: Orientation Tour; City & Temple Tour; Optional Suan Lum Night Bazaar

13 July: Optional Chatuchak Market; Flower Market & ChinaTown; Welcome Banquet

14 July: Thanburi Klong Tour; Optional Siam Niramit Cruise, Dinner & Show

15 July: U.S. Consulate; Factory tour

16 July: AmCHAM Briefing; Business Briefing; Optional Nightlife Excursion

17 July: Free Day

18 July: Depart for Cha Am/ Hua Hin; possible plantation tour; arrive at beach hotel

19 July: Chan Am/ Hua Hin, Thailand (visit one of the largest pagodas in the world, the Phra Pathom Chedi. Go elephant-back riding at Hua Hin's Elephant Village through tropical forests)

20 July: Chan Am/ Hua Hin, Thailand (take cable car or hike up mountain to the Summer Palace of Phra Nakhon Khiri Palace. Relax on the beach or enjoy many water sports. Shop at the famous Hua Hin Night Market)

21 July: Return to Bangkok for final night in the city

22 July: Depart for airport @ 3:15; Arrive in Ho Chi Minh at 7:45

23 July: Cu Chi Tunnels Tour; U.S. Consulate and Business Briefings

24 July: Mekong Delta Adventure

25 July: Mekong Delta Adventure

26 July: Depart for Nha Trang

27 July: Nha Trang

28 July: Depart for Ho Chi Minh

29 July: Depart hotel for airport at 5:30 am
