Today was Monaco day and it did not let us down. The water front is superb and the casino's look awesome, combine that with the hills at the back and the tall apartments in the middle and it is one good looking country! Today we had a sleep in which was nice except the air con is not great so eventually the heat got us. We decided that Nice was on the cards for today, and what a place it is! We tried to start the day off on the other foot today, but the heat and the carrying of the convoy of bags to the train station did not help. By the time we reached the station it looked like we had just been for a swim with our clothes on!(not the first for this trip!) We had a shocker of a day today, we were not in bed until 2:30 and the alarm was set to 3:20. The final day in London has come and I made the decision I was not going on the tube, or a bus or a ferry all day!! We slept in, Chels went back to the village for a while then came back and we had an early dinner.
