Today we had a sleep in which was nice except the air con is not great so eventually the heat got us. We decided that Nice was on the cards for today, and what a place it is! France is definitely looking up since marseille, it is cleaner, friendlier and spectacular. We parked our car in town and did some exploring, we went to the foreshore for a while. It is very popular (possibly due to it being 37 degrees), the beach is long and still full of rocks. I am not sure France has sand but it looks awesome. We climbed up a large mountain that overlooks the beaches and the harbor. The size of the boats here leaves you in awe of who can actually afford to buy them!!!

After leaving Nice we went back to our hotel and had a well earned splash in the pool. For dinner we went on foot into Eze which was a good 20 minute walk on the race track like road due to no footpath. We had some pizza which was good but overshadowed by yet more people smoking, as Chelsea ( aka the quote machine) said " it is like Europe missed the memo that smoking is not cool ". So mix that with my cold and asthma that hates smoke and I now have quite the decent cough!! Chelsea's cold is gone so mine should be gone soon as well. Tomorrow is Monaco!!!!!
