No more bondi...

The girls left 2 weeks into january and it was horrible, felt so strange without them and then slowly but surely more and more people left work...

It's been a really sad month for leaving people and goodbyes... I was a big baby leaving bondi, said goodbye to all my workies after a brilliant last night tikki party and cried my eyes out all the way into sydney on the bus on my own like a lunatic...the tikki party was so good though, the whole restaurant was decked out in tikkiness and we all were given a lei in the way in...we had our drinks vouchers which were fake dollars with our faces on. We drank our cocktails out of coconuts, watermelons and pineapples in grass skirts and flowers...was such a good night, and an amazing way to finish a brilliant 4 months..

We've been in sydney for 4 days now..and 4 days too long when the rain's coming down and there's not much to do that we haven't already done that is possible in the rain but we have an early start tomorrow to catch a minibus to surf camp woooo!! cant wait...I'll be a pro in no time :-S...we're all really looking forward to it and then to travelling up to melbourne...driving the great ocean road to adalaide to visit a friend from home who came to stay with us in december and then onto ayers rock and cairns where we're thinking we might have to set up camp for a bit again, earn some more dollars before travelling down the east coast...

It's starting to kick in now that I am actually travelling because it's just felt like moving house so far...but on that note I guess I best go...
