We spent about 4 days in Florenopolis, which was like a little surf resort - and had it not been for the weather it would have been lovely. Unfortunately the rain meant that there was very little for us to do in Florenopolis as it is pretty much set up for sun bathing and surfing. The hostel we stayed in would have been absolutely perfect in nice weather as each room opened straight outside onto decking however in pourin rain it didn't really do much for us! ...
