Hey all,

Thanks for all your emails and comments. Ive been on Contiki now for 6 days although it feels like so much longer as Ive done so much within that time. So far Ive been to Paris, Boudeux wine region, Monaco and Nice. Im having so much fun and have made so many friends. There are heaps of people on this tour that are travelling by themselves and so it has been really easy to make friends. I ve made two really close friends with two Aussie girls from Melbourne and Canberra. Nearly everyone on our tour is from Australia, although only two from Sydney. Most people are around my age and are alot of fun. Ive had so many late nights drinking and partying on this tour. We all make jokes that we ll have to go to AA when we get back!

I struggled a bit on the first day as its a bit tough keeping to schedule. We have strict times for meals and departures and theyre not joking when they say theyll leave you behind if youre late! They left a guy on our tour at a stop in the middle of france but luckily he got a lift with another tour. As the girls fom school and uni would remember I have a bit of a reputation for being left behind at school outings, and so keeping to this schedule has been tough!

Our days are jam packed and Im averaging about 3 to 4 hours sleep a night. But Im not complaining as Im getting so much out of my time here. Last night we went to Monaco to the Casino and today Im in beautiful Nice relaxing on the beach. Over the next week we will be in Italy which Im looking forward to.

Checking emails and replying has been a challenge since Ive been on Contiki and so I dont expect to be able to check again for at least a few more days. Also this French keyboard is driving me insane...so sorry for the lack of puncuation and info. When I get to London on the 29th of September I ll put some more info and pics up.

Also the best way to contact me is on my mobile cos I have roaming and its only an extra 25 cents to msg me. Just dont call me because it cost me alot to recieve calls.
