So we're on our way to Franz Josef from Wanaka. We were advised by Helen at the Glebe to take the coast road to Fox so we did and went Via Wanaka. On our way out of Queenstown we went to Arrowtown. It's a lovely little homestead village and had some cute shops and restaurants. We got some sweets from the weigh shop and carried on to a local winery. Had a tour of the vines and they were having problems with frost in the region and were using Helicopters to move circulate the warm and cold air to combat this. V ...

After much searching as previously mentioned Mother and I had booked at B&B in akaroa a small peninsular town south of Christchurch and boy was the place stunning!
