Went to breakfast at VIPS, less than 10 euro for both of us for a full English and American breakfast. Caught the hop on hop off tour bus. We got off at the train station so we could reserve our seats for the train to Valencia tomorrow. When we got to the train station it was much larger than expected and they had an area in the middle with turtles everywhere, like hundreds and hundreds, not sure what type as much different to what we have at home(some had yellow faces while others had red stripes). we waited in line for a good hour to buy our tickets. got back on the tour bus to finish off the loop. Switched from the historical tour to the modern tour. We came across Real Madrid's Soccer stadium so we got off for a tour. It was pretty expensive but it was good to see one of the best European soccer stadiums. It holds 87000 people and their trophy room went for ages. We got a photo of our favorite players montage (the only one we knew, Ronaldo) and the Champions league trophy they won this year(we didn't even know what it was). Caught the bus back to the hotel, headed out to dinner via the shops, Yes I did go shopping before dinner it was around 9.30 and managed to buy 3 things. We finally sat down to eat dinner at 10.30(Which is how they do it here in Spain). We had dinner at the Wok for some Asian food, it was just what we needed something different from the heavy foods we had been eating. We ordered a set 3 course menu which included about 10 different dishes, great menu and great food. Back to the hotel about midnight and the streets were still full. Not sure when the Spanish actually sleep.
