Stu caught the early Ski Shuttle again and I met him up at the Remarkables at 11. I was feeling much better today so I think I might get the early bus up with him tomorrow. Stu had ventured off up the Shadow chair this morning (It's only been open about a week as there hasn't been enough snow on that side of the mountain - it's a pretty steep chair and there are only two blue runs coming off it - the rest are all black!). Yey!!! Back skiing again!!! I still wasn't feeling great so Stu caught the early bus up to the Remarkables and I followed him up on the later bus so I had plenty of time to take all my medicines and wrap up warm!!! I met Stu up at the base area around 11 and we headed up the mountain. They definately had more snow now than they had last week and the slopes were starting to look much better! We had a really good afternoons skiing - I got to practise my turns ...

Today was another lazy day I'm afraid. It was raining outside when we got up, so we didn't have much motivation to do much.... this is where the TV comes in handy! We sat around watching TV and we decided to make some sort of Fajita type thing for lunch, wasn't to great but at least it's food! After this very exciting morning we thought it might be time to head into town and get Sam some more medicine for her throat, she's feeling a lot better today, so hop...

Today we had a much needed lie in. Sam hadn't really slept well last night, so we were going to sleep as long as we could today. Well, for the first time since we got here we slept in until 12pm! We both woke up feeling much better for it, Sam still not great, but a little better. We had breakfast and decided to head into town to update our this site and to get Sam some medicine! Sam now has some herbal remady recommended by the lady at the pharmacy... fing...

We woke at the alarm, 7am ready to get the early bus to the slopes. Sam wasn't really in the same frame of mind, she wasn't feeling all that well, she had a bit of a headache and sore stomache. After some deliberation over the situation WE decided that I would go skiing and Sam would have a day off in front of the TV. I got my gear together, left Sam to gain some much needed R&R and headed down to the shuttle from Kingsgate hotel to The Remarkables. W...
