hi again...today Candace took me for a little tour of Providence, around some of the shops and down some of the main streets - it's a little confusing and really quite easy to lose your bearings around here but I'm sure once I've been here for a while it'll make perfect sense (i hope anyway!). we also went to the RISD Museum of Art which was pretty cool, altho we only had a quick look round so i may go back some other time. and we went into this really old library (4th oldest in the whole of America!) which was amazing - loads of old books and proper little ladders and desks.

yeh so after that Candace went out and i was making myself a cup to tea, so while the kettle was boiling i went out to the car to get a map that was in there and then got back to the door and IT WAS LOCKED! uh oh...i was like ahhhh I'm stuck outside and it's FREEEEEZING! but luckily the next door neighbours were in and they let me hang out at their house until Candace got back which was actually not very long...so it was all fine in the end! i learned a lesson though- always keep my keys on me!

anyway so now not really doing much, probs gonna go with Candace to pick the boys up from school in a bit and then we'll just hang out this eve i think.

tomorrow i might take the boys to the cinema or something. who knows?!
