We left the capital in the rain. It had not stopped raining all night so we decided to cut our loses and not take the children and ourselves on a city tour in the rain. We had been told we if we were going to Slovenia we had to go to lake bled and so we did.
We arrived and it had stopped raining so we got sorted had a initial look around and a meal at the campsite resturant before retiring for the night. Later that day a larger american campervan (coach) parked up beside use and it contained two couples from Lancashire so we said hi.
The next day we got up and walked to the village from the campsite which was on the overside of the lake. The walk took us pass some fisherman that were pulling monster sized fish out of the lake (22kg and larger), stopped for a Mexican meal in the village and walked the other side of the lake. The children were now tired and went to sleep. We wandered around to the van next down and had a chat until past midnight before retiring ourselves.
Waking in the morning Rox was not feeling well (nothing to do with the drink) and so we sat around the campsite and did very little. It also started to lightly rain at lunch time and continued to do this all through the day. As we went to sleep the rain continued by was now even louder.
