Good day Ok, left Mamallapuram after one night. It's quite possibly the worst place I've been to in India. Most of the young men were really over-sexed! Got a lot of hassle from men and shop-keepers trying to make the last bit of money before end of season. There were absolutely loads of mosquitos. The room at the hotel was very expensive for what it was and I'm having trouble sleeping without air-conditioning because it's about 37 degrees here at the moment. So, I decided to get the hell outta there and took a taxi up to Chennai. Went to the infamous Spencer Plaza shopping centre yesterday just to get out of the heat and eat Pizza Hut pizza - yum and am just killing time before my flight early Sunday morning. Off to do some sight-seeing tomorrow, was supposed to go today but I'm not feeling so great. Think last night's supper isn't agreeing with me, still I'll be fine tomorrow no doubt. So signing off from india for now, think this'll probably be the last entry. Thanks for reading my diary, I've enjoyed writing it and hope it hasn't be too boring to read! Can't really believe that my time is up here and that next week I'll be trudging the cold, wet streets of Luton looking for a job (and probably wishing that I was back in India)!
