Mighty West Ham 3 Birmingham 0 (Sky Sports 1, 8pm) We are flying... seven wins on the trot now! You had to laugh at this one, Brum must have had about 70% of the play and we still stuffed them! Bloody marvellous! Got a goal early on through Marleene latching on to a bit of pinball outside the area and as usual, there he was wandering around in the area minding his own business, ball arrives at his feet and wallop, its in the back of the net. Stayed like that until half time. Came out second half and scored first through Marleene with a penalty which the goalie easily saved but could only parry back into the path of Marleene to smash home; and then through Ashton who had a simple header in after a great cross by our new right back Scaloni (I've forgotten about Repka already!). Up to sixth, same points as Arsenal and only four behind Spurs. Hot off the press: Mighty West Ham former manager Ron Greenwood died at the age of 82. He was acknowledged as the founder of the "academy" and I don't mean the old mental home in Brentwood!; Pardew reckons if Sven is looking for a left sided player he should look no further than our very own Matty Ethrington; I'm going to Bolton this weekend to see the mighty Claret and Blue play them in the FA Cup; very excited but didn't realise how far away it was! Apparently its up North somewhere? Take care buddy boy.

Mighty West Ham 4 Blackburn 2 (FA Cup): The might Claret and Blue progress smoothly into the next round and away trip to Bolton after another resounding victory. One down after only 54 seconds we attacked, attacked, attacked and were 2-1 up by halftime with a penalty equaliser dinked home by Young Terry Sheringham and then a Matty Ethrington goal to put us ahead. We grabbed a third in the second half through an own goal, they got a second and then finished them off with Zamora scoring his first home goal this season. Easy peasy. Then if was off to Arsenal. Arsenal 2 Mighty West Ham 3 (Sky Sports 2, 8pm kick off). What a game; what a night; what a win! Absolutely bloody fantastic. It don't get much better that this. First 15 minutes we didn't even kick the ball as they moved it around and had a couple of chances. Then we started to get back into it and suddenly went 1-0 up through (altogether now) do,do,do Niger Reo Coker, bursting through after Campbell tried to kick the ball and missed it completely (brilliant!) and slotting it home pass that German buffoon of a goalkeeper Lehman. 10 minutes later it was two after Zamora with a one on one run towards goal with Campbell, shrugged him off like a ragdoll and curled a beauty pass Lehman. They got one back just before halftime after Henry netted. Campbell didn't come out for the second half after having a breakdown in the changing room; hey, but that whats happens to defenders when they face the mighty Claret and Blue!. Having said that they were all over us second half (it was like the alomo at times) but we defended really well with Ferdinand outstanding. Then in the 83rd minute we only went and got a third with (altogether now) do,do,do Niger Reo Coker bursting into the area, slipping the ball across and Matty Etherington whacking home. Arsenal got a second shortly before the end but it was to little to late. Been great since giving all the Arsenal supporters lots of stick. By the way, Campbell disappeared after the game and hasn't been seen since although I heard he had just got a new job in Toys r us; apparently he's giving game away, boom boom! Then yesterday we had Sunderland at home; mate of mine went and said it was a pretty poor game (had to be after the Arsenal glory night but we scored two late goals through Ashton and Konchensky and posted another three points on the old scoreboard. So there you have it mate, four wins on the spin and flying. 38 points on the board, 8th in the league and we REALLY are pushing for Europe. Unbelievable! Hot off the press: bought a new right back from Deportivo called Scaloni; played alright yesterday (got a 7 rating in the News of the World), Roeder has taken caretaker charge of Newcastle after Souness sacking; I don't know what is funnier, Souness getting the elbow or Roeder trying to be a manager (he truely is a buffoon of the highest order). Hopefully he will take them down. Take care buddy boy.

Alright Al mate, how you doing? Where the hell did Mat get the idea of me doing a 'fun run'??? im getting tired at just the thought of it! The only way i would do one is if it was for the disabled, i think i could have a good chance of winning that! boom boom!!! I went and did the 'Bridge walk' yesterday, thats where i was on my way to when i spoke to him, maybe hes getting a bit hard of hearing in his old age!!! I havent spoken to Paul yet but im sure i will soon and i know what you mean it sounds far too cold over there at the moment, im happy enough with the coldest being 25 degrees!!! Im going to Melbourne next friday, doing a 4 day trip to get there which takes me through Canberra, Jindabyne (where ever that is), Snowy river, the peak of Mt Kosciuszko (highest point in oz), ninety mile beach and wilsons promontory. So really looking forward to that! Then it will be time to get another job, although i am toying with the idea of a week in Fiji first!!! If the price is right i will go!
