We surfed Jeffrey's Bay! well i say surfed...we did manage to stand up a few times and fall over a few more times. Well after the rain in Cape town we finally got some sun and headed up to Stellenbosch for 2 nights ( Thanks to John for the room - it was amazing) Much drinking and eating ensued. We managed to hit 5 wineries and consumed some of the best wine i have ever drunk ....drunk would be great term to how we felt afterwards but i don't think it does us justice!....the towns also nestled in some great scenery, but enough about that; did i mention the wine was awesome? ...

Hello all, we've finally made it to Cape Town and civilisation. After 25 days on a truck and in a tent we've got clean and are getting used to city life again. Our tour through Southern Africa was awesome but we are happy to be in a bed. For those who know it we're staying in the good old Ashanti Lodge, although I have to say folks it has now been superseeded by the 'Backpack' a 5 Star Backpackers down the road, but it is a bit more pricey than here.
