Hi all, We have just got back from our trip along the Great Ocean Road and up to the Grampian Mountains! We decided to do this trip with a couple of our new friends we made in Melbourne, Ste and Ste, who are both from Liverpool. We rented a car (a Mitsubishi Lancer) and decided to drive it, and it was the most scenic drive i will probably ever do! (Also, it was so much cheaper than paying to do a tour!) Hey all, We've now spent about 3 weeks in Melbourne, and totally love it! Everyone seems to say you either love Melbourne or Sydney, and for both of us Melbourne is a clear winner. Everywhere you go you are surrounded by trams which are cheap, and take you practically anywhere you want to go!
