We woke up at about nine o'clock and were both fairly ravenous, I think this is because we are up half the night here and there's a long time between tea and breakfast when your awake, if you think if lunch is at 1:00 then tea at 6:00 that's only six hours. But if tea is at 6:00 and then breakfast is at 9:00 that's 15 hours. Anyway I digress. I (after a lot of nagging from Sarah) got up and dressed and went to the shop to purchase some delicious little bits, I got two croissants with ham and cheese, a pizza slice with cheese, ham and pineapple, a hot dog with ketchup and an almond and raisin danish cake. The sun beat down on me on the way to the shop and I could feel the sunburn just reminding me it was there, I tipped my straw hat to the locals and said good morning. Sarah was excited when I returned sitting up in bed and smiling. The pizza was first to go, then the croissants, then hot dog then cake, it was a triumph as 9/10 times I get the trip to the shop wrong, 'that's just what I wanted' she said, bloody hell I thought today could be a good good day. We then sat in the room until about 11:00 am until we went to the pool, as we lay there the sun moved around the sky and I was struggling for shade. We went and had lunch, I then frequented the pool for a lot of the afternoon until beer o'clock (a time Sarah dictates, if I go to early crossness ensues), we had a cheeky peeve at the poolside then decided to catch up on current affairs, in the form of Skype and NFFC's official supporter's website back in the tree house, it was now 17:00 and the sun had plunged a little bit lower in the sky, it was called sunset beach and we had a tremendous view of the sea and sky, so we got bevvied up, me on the Chang and the old girl on Long Island Ice Tea's, we convinced Martin (I don't know if that was his name, probably not as he was Thai but it seemed to suit him) to do us the Long Island Ice Tea's at happy hour price, he didn't take much convincing. We thought how great it would be to Skype with the view we had, but no b***** was online, well my old lady was but she didn't answer on Skype, home phone or mobile so we gave up. The sun went behind the clouds and our view was ruined (a bit, it was still s*** hot), I went for a wee and when I came back Sarah was being chatted up by some young piece of skirt, I sat down and unfortunately she wasn't chatting her up just borrowing our laptop. We chatted to Hannah (yes another one) she was from South Africa, her friend came over and as many times as she said her name I didn't catch it, but the accent did crack me up. They were interesting folk and had on a whim decided to go to Cambodia and were trying to get flights. They decided to leave that night so said good bye and went. Sarah and I were going to go back to the room to get changed but after speaking to those sorts it was nearly 21:00 and we went straight for dinner, the same jaunt as last night and I had Pad Thai again. Then we went back to the room together (after Sarah had thrown a wobbly), there was no party on at our bar tonight and it all seemed to be very quiet (this was good), we settled now at about 21:30 and was a sleepy ball of sleepyness in six minutes (this is the average time it takes someone to drop off, and experiment that I tested with my mate Nick after five minutes he said I am still awake, after six I said well that's b******s then and he was fast asleep!!!).
