Alrighty... so I have taken ages to get around to writing this blog, but ive been so busy I completely forgot about doing it..
So on boxing day I flew to Hong Kong and visited Ben and his family.. which was alot of fun :) They live on a boat, so we went sailing and went to a place that they called Snake Bay, which has a little beach that we had an awesome open BBQ on. What else did we do.. hmm... went to another place called something or other that had a really cool seafood restaurant.. I dont think ive ever eaten that much in my life..
Hm.. then we came back to the dock and went shopping.. and a whole assortment of things. Then on new years eve we went on this cruise that went up and down the Hong Kong harbour and saw the lights on all of the buildings and some of the light show (apparently the best one in the world, i would believe it). Then we hit it local Hong Kong style and when to a place that i would embarass myself if i attempted to spell it, where there are heaps of bars and clubs and is known for its nightlife. By the countdown, you couldn't walk on the roads coz it was that crowded.. very cool. Needless to say.. rhiannon drank to much and needed to be escorted home at 3am by her boyfriend :).. and then to make matters even more interesting, she had an 11am flight the next morning, which she struggled through haha. TIP: Don't fly on new years day. silly silly silly....
