Dad, if Childline had been going in the 1960s I'd have reported you for emotional cruelty, making me walk alongside you when you wore those shorts. I always wondered why Mum walked on the other side of the street! Give them to Oxfam, they could knock up a few relief tents with them. Thanks for the reminder that I'm an old Africa hand, mind you I don't count the 1958 trip to Nigeria as I was only 3 months old.

Well Angela and ARS (you're going to be sorry that you mentioned this!) time is getting nigh. We've got a couple of trips lined up (one to Zuland and the other to the Wastern Cape to see the flowers etc - seehere: http://www.africaimagery.com/search.asp?search=flower+cape&page=2 ) that you may be interested in. Your Disco awaits and so doeas Africa (with some degree of concern) ;-)

Enjoyed reading all the details on your Website,do think that your time could have been better spent doen here in Cornwall cutting the grass !!!Looked everywhere for links to your 1958 trip to Africa when you frightened all the wildlife away for miles around,M & D

I knew I shouldn't have given Terry the link to this website but I will do as his long suffering better half (Janice) says and ignore him.
Thanks for your sentiments Jan. Unfortunately we can't take your husband as pet food for the lions, their teeth fall out biting rhino hide like his.
Emma, you'll be pleased to know the new tenants are a nice bunch, all 17 of them send their regards and look forward to inviting you to the 24 hour raves they'll be having out the back. They seem to a very musical bunch, though the drumming apparently sets off the pack of wolf/alsatian crosses that will be in kennels alongside your garden wall.

Just ignore him! Can't wait to say goodbye next week. Erm, didn't mean it quite like that! I'll miss our Race for Life in July (or rather Ralphs excellent bar b q afterwards & copious amounts of wine, usually under the gazebo in pouring rain). We may not see you very often but it won't be the same without you there in Penroath Ave.
Look forward to next weekend - it'll be a great send off!
Terry
Hi Angela and Ars (if only I'd known, why do grandparents have to stick there noses in).
Angela you will be sorely missed. UK's loss will be Africa's gain.

Angela
Just like to say a big thank you to everyone at E&Y for a great send off yesterday. Thanks ladies for the disposable pants, every girl should have a pair!. I'll think of you when I'm caught short in the bush. I'll let you know if they are biodegradable!
Emma
Hi- all I have to say from a selfish neighbour point of view is that you had better get good tenants because I'll be telling tales on them for two years.
See you soon over the garden wall
Emma ( and Jason and Lucy of course)
