Ralph & Angela's travels
Dear All
Still struggling with internet connections. We've been fried alive in the Cederberg Mountains, 47 C for 3 days so decided to camp on the Atlantic coast at Lamberts Bay, 22 C and raining!
Found this interent connection in a garage, but no CD drive to upload our Cape Town stuff.
Lamberts Bay is famous for a huge Gannet colony but we haven't found it yet, they flew off last year but we've been assured they came back.! Lovely smell of stale fish from the fish quay, and stale chip fat from a potato factory. We may be on a tour of the latter as there is not much else happening here if we don't find the gannets!
Making our way north to Springbok, then over the border to Namibia.
