Next on the agenda was to head to Feithye for the famous Blue Cruise to Olympos, like most backpackers do. Caught the bus from Marmaris to Feithye and randomly bumped into another couple of Kiwis (Nick & Amee). And it's such a small world as Nick is one of my sisters friends back at T.A College!
Stayed at V-go hostel, which was alot dearer than the camping prices we are getting used to but price included a buffet Turkish breakfast, really good, and had a nice pool. Spent a couple of days chilling in Feithye, which involved alot of backgammon and drinking tea. When we were playing one game of backgammon a few locals started gathering around our table and telling us what moves to do, which was quite entertaining. We also splashed out night and got an amazing seafood feed of calamari and salmon at the fish market. Cool place where you pick out what seafood you want and take it too a resturant to cook up.
Nick and Amee had arranged to meet up with a couple of Canadians from Vancouver (Peter & Emily) to do the blue cruise with so we joined in with them and found ourselves a boat for 115 euros each, which was for 3 nights and included 3 meals and we also paid an extra 7 euros each so we could bring our own booze onto the boat.
Ooh, we also saw 3 sea turtles swimming in the port!
