So continuing in Pattaya then.
I decided that the evening (friday) was going to be spent finding exploring the north side of Pattaya where i stayed before. Again we walked and walked and walked. My main two aims were to find Woodlands hotel where i stayed and Tiffany's show so i could prove to Dave that you cannot always tell when women are really men! On the way i had been telling him about the Queen Victoria pub we had found last time which is a home from home pub with beer and cider on draught and it just so happened that the street we walked down was where it was (i really wouldn't have had a chance of remembering where it was, it was just pure coincidence) so we had to stop and have a drink. Happy that i had found at least one familiar sight we continued the walk to find Tiffany's, but with no success, however, we came across Alcazar, which is pretty much the same thing, so i managed to prove my point that sometimes you just can't tell and they literally are stunning!
Confident i now knew where i was and we didn't have much further to go we pressed on to find Woodlands. After about 5 minutes i saw the familiar sight of the water fountain and knew it was just round the corner. I had my picture taken outside of it and then i was happy, now we could go have a drink in a nice bar somewhere and i could feel very pleased with my little self!!
We headed down walking street for a drink and sat in a bar and watched a live Thai rock band called 'hot tuna', good if not a little bit bizarre! Then headed back to the hotel, rain and thunder storm free so a good nights sleep.
After our lengthy walk the day before we decided that Saturday (our final day in Pattaya) would be restful, but somehow we still ended up doing a fair bit of walking trying to find somewhere that served baked beans with their full english to curb daves craving! With zero success i suggested we went to the cafe near woodlands as i knew for definate they served beans and did a good english fry up! Scrumptious! With Daves belly full and his craving satisfied we could relax on the beach for a couple of hours.
Relaxing was not really descriptive of Pattaya beach though. Every five seconds someone in your ear trying to sell you something or offer to give you a massage, pedicure or even a tattoo! The water didn't look all that inviting either, but me being a water baby, couldn't resist getting in! I didn't stay in very long though, it was gross, i came out dirtier than i went in!!!!
It was now approaching 2 o clock and we needed to get our patriotic heads on to go watch the rugby, shouldn't have bothered eh! What a disappointment! Especially when there's two french dudes sat in the bar aswell, boo!
The evening we spent in the bar of the hotel and played connect four and a thai dice game with the girls that 'work' there! Fern taught us how to say our numbers from 0-10 in thai so that has added to our full vocabulary of sawasdee (hello), apunka (thank you for females) and apunkap (thank you for boys), spelling is wrong but that's how it sounds phonetically!
That's Pattaya done, heading to Koh Chang now xx

Timo Indeed a very nice post and I love to visit Thailand and stay at Hotels in Pattaya, which are really most luoruixus hotels in the whole world. A very informative post and I just subscribed the same and hope you will publish more good stuff on Pattaya Hotels soon. Thanks
