Well after walking over the Bridge yesterday to watch the fireworks getting set up & syching ourselves up for the Bridge climb that we are doing in a few weeks - NEW YEARS EVE IS FINALLY HERE!!!

We are all ready to celebrate in style. This year will be one to remember - Well this is it man "SYDNEY ON NEW YEARS EVE" WEY HEY !!!!! Its 1pm in the afternoon and we are all glammed up and ready to go.

We have set up camp outside the Opera House - got all the essentials,blankets, food and most importantly crates full of wine, he he !!! Now all we have to do is wait for 10 & half hours.......... What a long day this is going to be!!!

But to our suprise the day went so fast, it was such an amazing atmosphere with everyone together, it was like a big festival. And dont think anyone has ever seen so many people in one place!

It was 9pm and the time for the children to tap their heels 3 times and "BANG" they got a "BIG SURPRISE" - They got their own early fireworks show.

Then it was time for the "BIG ONE" at midnight - There was the most spectacular fireworks going off in every direction arounf the Opera House & Harbour - Such an amazing atmosphere and totally worth the wait.

Well there are just no words to describe how amazing and magical it was, but it was one of the most amazing lifetime experiences ever.

So we couldnt possibly let the celebrations end there ... so its back to our house to carry on the celebrations.

And as they say the rest is history, he he ...............
