Cold, cold, cold, cold, cold... Brrrr.... The cold weather moved in as the sun went down last night in Deniliquin, and stayed cold all night. This morning, even though the sun was out and the sky was blue, the wind was straight from Antarctica, and we had to break out the beanies and gloves. Well, it's official... We could get used to this... We left West Wyalong early this morning at 8am, after an excellent night's sleep. The roosters woke me up at about 4.30am, but I didn't mind, because we were in the country, and that's what they do. The morning was beautiful and clear, crisp clean air and bright blue sky, with not a cloud to be seen. We did another 340km today, had left over birthday donuts for morning tea in Narrandera, and got into Deniliquin ...

Ok. Well, we were all hoping for a quieter night last night, but guess what? Nope, wasn't gonna happen... Went to bed at 9pm... At 10.30, the lady from the site down the road sends her two boys to throw their frisbee on the road in front of our site, so they don't wake up their little sister!! Nah, don't think so! Day 2 arrived at a much more reasonable hour this morning, which is probably a result of being so exhausted yesterday, and the trucks rumbling past on the highway last night.
