The Epic adventures begin...!!

Sunday, I moved into my new room at the hostel. As its School holidays here I have been booking rooms day to day as the hostel is packed to the max (over 500 people!). I met an awesome Aussie guy named Josh, who was staying in the same room as me. The room was a 4 bed room, which was so much better than the 14 person room I was staying in the week before. That night Josh and I got a surprisingly yummy £4 (about $7) dinner from the hostel.

That night I went and met the girls who are living in the house I'm looking at renting... they were great and seemed like fun girls. So... I MOVE IN SATURDAY! So excited to have my own space and not be woken up at 4am by random French guys trying to jump into my bed! Haha.

On Monday Josh and I went site seeing- right up to the bottom of London Eye and Big Ben... got some awesome photos- I cant wait to upload all of the photos I have taken when I get my new laptop later in the week.

The worst idea ever on Josh's behalf... we decided not to take the lifts from London underground to the surface but to climb the 175 stairs to the top... I almost died- my legs burned and my ribs hurt! Maybe next time we should read the sign that says it is dangerous to climb the 175 stairs and that it is recommended to take the elevator!

Monday started off as a regular day and turned into a crazy drunk epic adventure at the hostel! Moved into another 4 person room with two Aussie guys and another guy (aka "Norway"). Josh, Rhys and Scotty (Aussie boys) got our drink on at the hostel bar.

The most proud moment of the night was when I beat the boys about 3 or 4 times at pool! I BEAT BOYS AT POOL! Hahaha... was pretty funny! I was a hardcore 'pool shark' for the night!

As the night went on... more money was spent and more drinks bought... more pool games- progressively playing worse and worse!

When the bar shut at 2am we went for a stroll around Russell Square to Tesco for a snack then the boys ordered pizza to be delivered to the hostel.

I think the worst and possibly funniest part of the night (when we were drunk) was when the boys came home just after I got home at 4am. They turned the lights on and were being so noisy- poor 'Norway' got woken up and was so close to complaining about the noise.

I think that is all I can mention on my blog about last night... but to sum it up- it was an awesome night :)

Today Josh and I went to the Museum (Josh for the first time and me for the second). I didn't realise how big it was and how much I didn't get to see the first time around. After climbing the 175 stairs the day before my legs ached so we went back to the hostel for a nap :) It was the best nap of my life!!

Seeing Dan tomorrow :):) Can't wait! Going to bed now so it will be tomorrow sooner!
