Today me and my English friend Dan went site seeing!

We saw::

Buckingham palace (where the Queen lives!)

Big Ben (the big clock)

London Eye (giant Ferris wheel)

So beautiful- forgot my camera though so only got a few photos on my phone- will upload soon.

London Eye was amazing- haven't gone on it yet, I have two years to do that! It made Perth's Ferris Wheel look small and insignificant.

The best part of the day was walking through the beautiful park out the front of Buckingham Palace- there were gorgeous white swans, a million squirrels(I'm now inlove with them) and amazing, huge, bare trees. It was so peaceful! Just sat there for half an hour in silence, taking it all in.

So much walking- I think there has been more exercise done in the past 3 days than in the past year in Perth! haha. My legs ache- but I am slowly getting used to it.

Tonights plan is cocktails and dinner at a wicked restaurant.

So cold over here! I think about it being like when you first walk into an ice skating rink and get that freezing blast of coldness! But you can't just leave, its everywhere. Luckily all the shops and restaurants have heating so you end up dressing and undressing yourself everytime you walk into and out of a shop.

Can't wait to find my own place in London- organising viewing for tomorrow :)
