Monday and Tuesday's is their weekend here in paksong which also means its two free days for volunteers. Me and tailor decided to get a bus to rangong (the nearest city with shops and markets) to buy a few things and chill there for the day. I however spent most of the day trying to cross the boarder to burma to get my Thai visa extended. Rangong is known for having travellers pass through the city for visa extension.

The procedure is well organised, u stamp out of Thailand, get on a tailboat to Burma, stamp in, get harassed by the little kids for cigarettes and whiskey, ride back and stamp back into Thailand. Job done and now I have 15more days available on my visa.
