Today we got stuck into some volunteer work which started with cutting some bamboo trees an soaring them into 2meter pieces. The French fella natan guided me through it then we hacked the forest down until we had enough.

Some mild gardening was done after that which had me sweating half my body weight. The heat here is so intense and I just literally sweat all day.

The evenings here are chilled but nice. U either read a book, have a beer or listen to the old French lady talk absolute nonsense until bed time. The view alone is pretty good as it looks out high over the jungle and you can watch a lot of wild birds fly over.
