This morning Ingrid kindly gave me and tailor a Thai lesson which was helpful but wasn't easy. Once We started to get the hang of it we did some more gardening then practised our Thai on the cooks over beers and whiskey. Towards the end of the evening i think anything went and we almost sounded fluent.
