Paul Hope you managed to get the 'new' van fixed! I can't imagine who Bernie's large and temporary friend was! Hard to imagine that you're on your last day > : ( you will have so many memories and stories to bring back! Still cold with snow showers here! Take care, love Paul & Ros xx

Paul The Glacier walk looks amazing! I had a look at it on google. Did you manage to get any pictures? And any free samples from Arrowtown? Sorry to hear your old faithful van has finally packed up; hope the new one will be OK! Yes, still cold here, including snow showers; it hasn't settled here though. Pat, if you read this, many thanks for the Earth & Sky Observatory postcard, looks really good, and the hot chocolate sounds a nice touch! Love to everyone, Paul & Ros xx
Briony Nice to hear from you again- it's been a while! Don't think Rob's got Internet access at your house for some reason, but thought you'd want to know he's got the heating working now so your house shouldn't be too cold when you get back (though I'm sure it'll feel cold compared to NZ!). The glacier walk sounds so amazing- I'm very jealous of everything you've been doing! Hope you've taken plenty of photos to show us! Speak soon, Briony xxx

Sarah Wow, it sounds very adventurous, hard work but worth it. The pictures are stunning, what spectacular views! So pleased you're all enjoying yourselves and it was great to hear the wedding went so well. Sarah xxx
Angie Matten Hi All Glad to see that you are having a good time. We all back to work today...yuck. Will you be able to come in to see us on your way up the coast? Or are you doing the west coast. Angie x
Mary Hi Bobsie! Glad you're connected again! Pleased to report that I just had a very good sleep, from about 10.00 till 6.30 when the heating coming on woke me up! I just about stayed awake till proper bedtime last night , Paul, although I did drop off momentarily in a game of Scrabble with Rob and Becky! Rod had a couple of hours sleep in the early evening and was awake from 5.30ish this morning. We'll have to see how the next few days go....... I'll try and ring you today from Rod's mobile (free!) as our landline is ridiculously crackly - we think it got snow in it, as has happened before. I think Bernie got a bit squashed on the way home but I'm sure John's looking after him! xxx
re: Bridgnorth, UKPaul Glad to hear you're back safely! I followed your flights on the internet and was pleased to see they were on time! We have so enjoyed your blogs, will miss them now! Looking forward to seeing some pictures! Did you try and stay awake till normal bedtime today? NZ definitely on the 'things to do in retirement' list!! Take care, have a quiet unwinding day tomorrow, love Paul & Ros xx

re: Te Anau, New ZealandMary Paul, the night skies are very full of stars! Missed most of them as we're going to bed very early, but John's caught a few - he'll no doubt tell you about them later. Wendy, I think John said he'd do a bungy jump didn't he?? He's denying it now though!!
re: Te Anau, New ZealandPaul Great to hear from you again and so glad the walk went well! It sounds dramatic. What were the night skies like? Four days of sunshine would be very welcome here - it's just dull and damp! Tale care, love Paul & Ros xx
