2/8/2010Running away from myself and to the toilet . . .I started the day with a run, which in the morning yoga was lectured running being bad, this has also been mentioned a few times. Everything I do is just plain bad.The first hour for the 6 days a week of lessons is chanting, in Hindi may I add. 1/08/10 To unite . . .7 people on the course so far.
