I feel really good today, refreshed and ready to take on the world, with not havng to attend morning chanting I washed my duvet cover, im washing my bed sheets but its a sheet a day as I don't have the hanging room to do the whole bed at once! So I went in for Ashtanga practice at 8am where we had a long break down of the sun and moon salutations followed by only a few standing asanas. I then went to Lhamos with Hili and had breekie of the the hummus salad and nana milkshake, so predictable, when I find something I love eating, I just eat and eat and eat til im sick of it, like a jar of peanut butter a day the week before!
Its rained a bit during class but now the sun is out, I had 11 lecture reading through the anatomy book of tongue twisters.
My tat will be ready for Sunday to view and hopefully Tuesday to get done on my day off. The guy in the shop whose name I must learn, he makes me laugh. Well since Monday I've felt like me, so been putting on me make up and doing me hair etc. well the tat man has only seen me a scruff when I was exhausted. So he said I looked glowing today, which is good. We sat and had a chai before I ventured off home. I'm going to take me tarots to him in a couple days.
I managed to lose my purse in my room when I was leaving for 4pm Yoga. Oh I was driving myself mad looking for it, after 10minutes, baring in mind I don't have alot of stuff here, I found it underneath my laptop. So this prevented me from getting a chai on the way to class.
With having just eaten soup, it made me so tired and my arms were tired off yoga this morning. For those of you who know what my digestion is like, this resulted in trapped wind. Oh it was awful, my stomach just inflated. So on the way home, I bought lots of veg and a packet of milk.
Walking down the street, a thing that annoys me every time I buy veg. The locals like to give you a running commentary of what you've bought. So whatever they can see it will be like, ' oh so you cooking broccoli tonight', ' ah you cooking spinach can I have some'. I mean how annoying. I didn't hear them say, ' ah so you using tampons tonight' when I had them in my hand last week. And one of the little men on a veg stall who I actually thought was quite sweet at first so started buying from him over the other stalls, well I no longer buy from him, or any of the little veg stalls, I buy from a veg shop, coz I think its better and cheaper, but anyway. This little sweet man who barely has any teeth, whenever I walk past he recognises me and feels the need to scream , 'mango, mango, pineapple' at me. I've never even bought these things from him but every time. I think its all he can in English, and the word banana!
So back at my room I boiled up milk and honey and prepared myself for a good farting session. Oh what a relief.
So I ventured out after my tummy was better and had some sprite just to make sure my stomach was better, bumped into a few of the girlies from yoga they had been to the Japanese again for tea! So I bought a book, a loaf of bread and some date rolls. I made a werid garlic bread for tea! Lots of stodge to stop the wind!xx
