Up at 6.35am, just didn't want to get up today, I was so so tired. Called on Julia, we walked up and got our usual chai, the usual late to morning lecture, just about cleansing techniques, ive heard it all before, self colonics etc. followed by ashtanga practice.

I got my hummus salad, again, addicted to the stuff. Then went for a chai and to see my tattoo man, as im getting my penguin tat on my foot extended with some Sanskrit writing.

Then it was time for class. I sat colouring in for 2hours pictures of the human body, coloured co-ordinated to what each function does. Hatha practice then home time.

I shared a bounty with a homeless dog on the way home. Its mad as I think they have killed off all the gangs of dogs, so there are hardly any dogs anymore. Its sad though even though it needed to be done.

I thought I would cook my veg in some tomato sauce 'supreme vegetable'. So I bought a huge jar. Only as soon as I walk into my kitchen to drop my bag on the floor, so my hobnobs, lighter, purse, pencil, thankfully I had taken my flight details paperwork outta the bag just before I dropped it. I am just so clumsy sometimes it infruriates me. So the paper bag was sopping wet, I even cut my finger cleaning up. As its not like cleaning at home, I don't have a hoover, or a brush, just a cloth and a bucket! But it went everywhere, on the bench, on the floor, just everywhere. So I cleaned everything off. And when I lit my candles that night, found I had bought a flame thrower lighter, geez I nearly burned my face off.
